12 year old Thoroughbred to the right individual in a free lease. He's a solid USEA novice level horse, with wins in Area II. He's done one training level. He's also shown to second level in USDF dressage shows, with solid scores and placings at training and first level. In addition, he's done Level II jumper classes. He's very workmanlike and fun to take to shows. He's also great on the trails. He's very easy to work with on the ground; loads, clips, bathes, etc. I'm looking for a somewhat experienced, confident rider that wants to have some fun with him. In exchange for getting to ride and treat him like their own, I would like said person to take over his living expenses. I would prefer that he continue to board at his current barn, but I'm open to re-location, pending my approval of the facility. He also needs to be kept in four shoes, every six to eight weeks, and his yearly shots/Coggins/teeth floating will be due in April. I would prefer a six month to one year commitment. Please email me at jodownunder@gmail.com or call 336-259-1139. (Posted October 29, 2009)

Flamboyant Starlight (aka Fuzzy) is a 13'3 hand registered Morgan. He has brought me through the pony club ranks from D-1 and we are currently working on our C-2 rating. He jumps 3' and lives to work. He is always a gentleman making him suitable for younger riders. Fuzzy has no problem working in a field or on the cross country. He is a total sweet heart and has excellent ground manners (bathes, clips, etc.) and loved by everyone, children and parents alike. His fairy tale mane and tail are a hit. Fuzzy has great form over fences and will take you where ever you want to go. He is available for a half lease and must stay at his current barn in Huntersville, NC which has a riding ring and jumper field as well as areas to hack. $250 monthly lease includes board, farrier, veterinarian, and tack. Pony for Lease: Mature, 13.2 hh pony seeking D-2 level rider. I wish to renew my pony club activities with a young rider yearning to jump. Experienced in pony club rallies and was recently the quiz pony at championships 2009. However my love is to jump and I attempt to do so at all times. Refusals are not in my vocabulary. I demand a technically correct rider but will teach you to be a good, confident rider. Will excel with a dedicated rider and will do all that is asked of me. Am a very safe and sweet pony on the ground and in the saddle. Though I am brave, safe and experienced, I am not slow. I have no wish to only walk and trot. Am wishing to be leased from my home in Waxhaw, NC as my owner has moved on to higher ratings which would require me to jump above my head, which is overly exhausting for me. $ 300/ month covers everything (board, feed, vet, etc).
